"You don't want your last words to be 'I wish I could live my life over.' This book will inspire you, challenge you and show you how to do it right the first time." -- John Izzo, Ph.D, Author of The Five Secrets You Must Discover before You Die

The guiding premise of No More Regrets! 30 Ways for 30 Days is that we all have regrets in life, but none of us want to have more of them. The "30 Ways" to a life with no more regrets presented in this book are based the author's research about what regrets are and why we have them. While the sources of our individual regrets are unique to each of us, when taken together our regrets have some common themes: we get stuck in ruts and lose perspective (i.e., we stay in bad jobs, hang on to bad relationships, and perpetuate bad habits), we fail to appreciate how little time we have on this Earth (i.e., we take things/people for granted), we live without authenticity (i.e., we stick to the status quo and lose sight of our dreams), we box ourselves in (i.e., we get trapped in our fear of failure/rejection and we stop evolving), and we become overly self-absorbed and judgmental (i.e., we get caught up in our busy lives and grow insensitive to others). Specifically, each of the "30 Ways" falls into one of five overarching strategies for avoiding the sources of regrets:

1. Gain a Fresh Perspective
2. Cherish Each Day
3. Follow your Heart
4. Stretch Yourself
5. Be the Force of Goodness.

Just one or two new insights from the 30 Ways presented in the book can be the key to having greater happiness and meaning in your life, career, and relationships. In addition, with the proper focus it only takes 30 days -- not several months or years -- to start seeing tangible results. The book is written in a "pick-your-style" format and readers are asked in each chapter to evaluate how well the message fits them. If it's a good fit, readers are asked to meditate on what insights and inspirations does the reader receive to stop doing or start doing over the next 30 days? Those chapters that may not fit the reader could be shared with the reader's colleagues for whom it may be a stronger fit. The idea is to work through the book in this manner to shape those strategies that will best impact our lives.
