Effective January 1, 2012 Owlkids Books will be distributed in Canada by UTP Distribution. Returns of Owlkids books will be accepted by UTP as of this date. Effective February 1, 2010, Raincoast Books will cease distribution of Morris Communications, publishers of The Milepost. We will accept returns until April 30, 2010.
Effective July 1, 2009, Raincoast Books will no longer distribute Oxmoor House and Sunset Books in Canada. Returns will be accepted until September 30 and only for product invoiced by Raincoast between December 2008 and June 2009.
As of July 1, Oxmoor House and Sunset Books product can be ordered in Canada via H.B. Fenn. Oxmoor House and Sunset Books are imprints of Time Inc. Home Entertainment or its affiliates.

Granta UK titles will continue to be available from Raincoast until February 28, 2009. Raincoast will accept returns for Granta UK titles (but not Portobello) until May 31, 2009.
Effective January 1, 2009, Raincoast takes on Canadian distribution for Oxmoor House, whose well-established brands include Cooking Light, Sunset and Southern Living. Oxmoor has more recently been successful in developing strong publishing programs with Williams-Sonoma, Weight Watchers and O: The Oprah Magazine. Returns will be accepted by H.B. Fenn until March 31, 2009.
Effective January 1, 2009, Raincoast takes on Canadian distribution for Owlkids Books. Returns will be accepted by University of Toronto Press Distribution until March 31, 2009. Bayard Publishing acquired Maple Tree Press in June 2008, and the combined lists are now published under the single banner of Owlkids Books and are available from a single Canadian distribution source. Effective January 1, 2009, titles previously published by Harcourt Books (978-0-15-1, 978-0-15-2, 978-0-15-6), now part of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, are available from Thomas Allen & Sons.
