SOURCEBOOKS ACQUIRES CALLISTO PUBLISHING; RAINCOAST TO DISTRIBUTE IN CANADA EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2024

In 2023, Sourcebooks acquired the publishing assets of Callisto Media. Both publishers rely heavily on data and are among the fastest-growing publishing companies in North America. Founded in 2011, Callisto combines the power of big data and technology to produce high-quality nonfiction. Callisto will publish frontlist under three imprints: Callisto, Callisto Kids, and Callisto Teens.
Effective June 1, 2024, Sourcebooks is Vendor of Record and Raincoast will take on distribution in Canada. Raincoast will accept returns on Callisto titles now. Callisto was previously distributed by Simon & Schuster. They will continue to accept returns through November 30, 2024.

Please note, the Raincoast warehouse will be closed for our annual inventory count March 19th - March 21st. Shipping will close at the end of day on March 18th with an order cut-off of March 15th at 11AM. We will be back up and shipping Friday, March 22nd.

New "LOAD ORDER" Function!
You can now load orders from a spreadsheet or text file using the new "Load Order" menu option! The new function allows you to copy the information from your file into a web page. All you need is two columns: ISBN and Qty, separated by a space, comma, or tab. If you use spreadsheets or your system has the ability to dump your order to a file, this option could help speed up your ordering process!

You Can Now See Backorders Ready to Ship!
See Backorders that are ready to ship as well as their dollar value by going to Open Orders and filling in the "Show ready-to-ship items only" box and clicking "Go".
You can also see this information in My Order.
How do I look at my orders?
Once logged in, go to "My Account" to view:
Recent Orders: all orders placed within the last 6 months
Open Orders: all unshipped orders
Latest Shipments: all shipments within the last 50 invoices
Returns: details on returned stock.

Search our entire catalogue using Quick Search in the top right corner or Advanced
