He is the recipient of awards from the American Institute of Graphic Artists, the Art Directors Club, the Society of Illustrators, Print magazine, and the New York Book Show. Michael also designs a line of collectible Christmas ornaments sold around the world. Michael's first book, A Very New York Christmas, was published in 2008 by St. Martin's Press.
