RAINCOAST TO DISTRIBUTE FSG EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2012
Effective December 1, 2012, Raincoast will take on Canadian distribution for Farrar Straus and Giroux, its
affiliates and Graywolf Press for the independent bookstore, library and specialty markets. Raincoast is
able to accept orders now for Winter 13 titles, all of which release after this date and which will be
supplied exclusively by Raincoast. Please continue to direct orders for Fall 12 and backlist to Douglas &
McIntyre until November 30. Raincoast will accept orders and ship these as of December 1, but not
before.

PGC TO DISTRIBUTE AMACOM BOOKS EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2012
As of August 1, 2012, Publishers Group Canada will take over Canadian distribution of AMACOM from Raincoast Books.
New "LOAD ORDER" Function!
You can now load orders from a spreadsheet or text file using the new "Load Order" menu option! The new function allows you to copy the information from your file into a web page. All you need is two columns: ISBN and Qty, separated by a space, comma, or tab. If you use spreadsheets or your system has the ability to dump your order to a file, this option could help speed up your ordering process!

You Can Now See Backorders Ready to Ship!
See Backorders that are ready to ship as well as their dollar value by going to Open Orders and filling in the "Show ready-to-ship items only" box and clicking "Go".
You can also see this information in My Order.
How do I look at my orders?
Once logged in, go to "My Account" to view:
Recent Orders: all orders placed within the last 6 months
Open Orders: all unshipped orders
Latest Shipments: all shipments within the last 50 invoices
Returns: details on returned stock.
How do I search for a title?
Search our entire catalogue using Quick Search in the top right corner or Advanced
Search in the menu.
